Some features described on this site are still being rolled out. Where something isn't yet available in your account, the app will make that clear rather than leave you guessing.

Zoey's funding model is stablecoin-native: the intended experience is to fund your account using supported stablecoins like USDT and USDC, which are then used to access investments on the platform. Deposit and withdrawal functionality is being built out in phases, and the app will always show you exactly what's available in your account at any given time.

No. Zoey Wallet is a technology platform, not a broker-dealer. Brokerage services, including the execution and custody of investments, are provided by a third-party regulated broker-dealer, member FINRA/SIPC. Zoey builds the interface and infrastructure that connects you to that regulated partner.

Zoey is built with an Africa-first focus, and much of our design, from stablecoin funding to fractional access, reflects that. That said, availability can depend on your specific country, eligibility and onboarding requirements, so not every country is automatically supported yet. Security is built into the platform at every layer: encrypted connections, secure authentication, controlled access to your account data, and ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity. We don't publish the specifics of our internal security architecture, for the same reason a bank doesn't publish its vault combination. Protecting your information and access to your account is a core design principle.
